In today’s world, everyone including young adults, working women & men, business-people, housewives, sports-persons, retired seniors; all want to be competitive, tough, agile, dynamic, energized and performing at their best all the time. However in spite of the physical comforts and facilities; most people seem to mis-guided about achieving consistent high performance and yet maintain good health.

To address this, at KHS our endeavor is to propagate Nature Cure to masses through introduction to its principles, education on its different aspects and training on use of its modalities. KHS has designed specialized training programs focused on Nature Cure, ranging from introductory sessions of a few hours to outstation programs spanning over a few days. ​

KHS offers its training program at its own premises as well as at the premises of its clients. Additionally, we routinely conduct programs at the premises of carious organisations and institutions like IT companies, banks, NGOs, societies and so on.
